Adding contracts can be a time consuming process and because you don't want to frighten off your users we've made it simple.
There’s a quick contract form that asks users just for the minimum amount of data to enter a contract really quickly. Quick contracts are good for those agreements that are low value where you don’t want to spend too much time. For important contracts we have created the new contract wizard. Here you are guided through a series of steps to create your contract. You get to add reminders and risks as part of this wizard.
Finally, if there’s quite a few contracts to add we have an Importing function using Excel templates that can be filled out and uploaded into intelligentcontract.com with minimal work. This is handy when you first set up your account to get all your existing agreements set up in your new account.
