Your account’s Key User is defined by the user who registered for the account. The Key User can only be changed by the current Key User.
To change the Key User, navigate to either Configuration or Billing > Change Key User. Here you can view who is the current Key User. In the second field you can pick another Key User by clicking on the search icon (a magnifying glass) and selecting the relevant user from the popup box.

The Key User’s contact details can be changed like any other person within the system. It can be done by finding the Key User either on the Configuration > Users page or on the People Tab.
In each case you can search for the Key User by typing their name into the search field, clicking on their record and change their contact details by editing them within the Contact Details block.
