Preventing Logins & Terminating Sessions

Key and Administrator Users can prevent all Users from logging into their intelligentcontract account, this technically freezes the account, alerts and emails will still be triggered but Users will not be able to action via the portal. These Users can also terminate sessions of specific types of Users if desired.  Access the Manage Sessions option and choose the relevant action.

  • Prevent New Logins?  - this will stop any new sessions to be created you can tick all or specify specific Users
  • Terminate Sessions - this will terminate and existing session currently active, you can tick all or specify specific Users

TIP: Key User access cannot be prevented, if Prevent New Login? is set to 'Yes' then only the Key User will be able to access the intelligentcontract account

Key Users and Admin Users can also prevent a specific User from logging into their intelligentcontract account by accessing the User option, opening up the required User profile and updating the 'Prevent Login' field to 'Yes'
