What can read-only users do? Print

A read-only user can:

Login and access contracts, people etc, but they can’t edit, delete or create
Can complete Alerts
They can be a person in an Approval (ie.. they can approve or reject) but they can’t initiate an Approval
They can run reports (but not edit or create new ones)
