If you not receiving email notifications from intelligentcontract (for example, reset password links, alerts) then it may be that your IT department is blocking the emails on your email server. You can request that the intelligentcontract service is "white listed". Ask your IT department to white-list the following IP Addresses:

  • 199.127.232.0/22
  • 54.240.0.0/18
  • 69.169.224.0/20
  • 76.223.180.0/23
  • 76.223.188.0/24
  • 76.223.189.0/24
  • 76.223.190.0/24


Note: Please check your email spam folder to be sure your email client hasn't classified intelligentcontract emails as spam.
