If you not receiving email notifications from intelligentcontract (for example, reset password links, alerts) then it may be that your IT department is blocking the emails on your email server.

You can request that the intelligentcontract service is placed on the "Allow-list". Ask your IT department to Allow-list the following IP Addresses:

The whole system is web based and served via HTTPS, we use port 443.

The connection to the site is encrypted using TLS 1.2.

Note: Please check your email spam folder to be sure your email client hasn't classified intelligentcontract emails as spam.
