intelligentcontract can link to your existing Office365 / MS Azure / Google accounts at intelligentcontract account level. This means you can specify that you users are able to login to intelligentcontract using their office365/Azure or Google accounts
Install the plugin and you will be provided with a pin. Provide this pin to your Users for their first login, and it will link to the existing account. Once linked, they will be able to log immediately into their intelligentcontract account.
Note: It is important that the username of each of your Users matches the email address of their office 365/Azure or Google email address. If not, this SSO login method will be denied.
Installing SSO Plugin
Navigate to: Configuration => Plugins

- Click the [Install] button to activate.

- You will be presented with a 6 digit code - make note of the code for your Users - This code will refresh if you remove and install the plugin again. You can also overwrite the 6 digit code if preferred.
- Press the orange [Install] button
The screen will close and you will now see an installed flag above the plugin box.

Log out of the account and you will be presented with the intelligentcontract Login page

Click the red [Sign in with Azure/Office 365] button
You will be presented with this screen to enter your 6 digit pin

Enter the Pin code and press [Continue] - you will be logged straight into your account.
Checking that this link has been made
You can check if each of your user accounts is linked by each user reviewing their intelligentcontract profile. Click on your profile icon on the top right and select 'My Settings'

Select the option 'Manage My Linked Login Accounts'

Log in process
Once the plugin is installed and you have the pin code:
- Send the pin code to all of your Users
- They must log out of intelligentcontract and log in again via the red [Sign in with Azure/Office 365] button
- They will be presented with the Pin Code page - enter the pin and press [Continue] they will be logged straight into the account
- They are now linked and can log into intelligentcontract via this linked account.
- Note: they will only need to enter the pin once, after that they will be logged in automatically.

Choosing Login Options
If you are an Administrator, you can choose how your Users can log into your intelligentcontract account via the configuration page.
Navigate to: Configuration => User Login Options

Here you will see a list of ways that you can log into your intelligentcontract account, depending on the plugins that you have installed.
By default, they are all ticked.

Untick the options that you do not wish your Users to use. If they try to login via one of the unticked options, they will receive an error message.
This Configuration option is a default for your account. All User records will be assigned these login options.
If you wish to make a amendment to these options for a specific User, the options are also displayed on each User record.
- Open a user record and edit the field 'Login Options' and change from 'Use Defaults' to 'Override' and choose the relevant options.
- Once [Saved] the User will be able to use these new Login options.
