Here at intelligentcontract, we use a third party product for our Support Helpdesk to help process your inquiries and issues.
We regularly send email notifications to and from this Helpdesk to our Customers.
Some organisations may need to whitelist this 3rd party products' IP addresses to prevent these notifications being blocked.
Attached to this article is a list of all the IP's used.
If you find that you are not receiving emails from our helpdesk when you expect to, please give this list to your local IT department and ask them to whitelist the IP's so notifications can be accepted.
If we receive a bounce back here at the helpdesk then we will notify you outside of the helpdesk and give you these IP's to give to your IT department.
