Bulk update for everywhere (not just on Contracts)

We have a bulk update feature for updating all fields on a contract. But there's no way to bulk update for all the other entities in intelligentcontract. Currently to make changes to all records (for example, make all users Read-only) then you an administrator must change each record.
Feature has been requested to apply bulk update functionality to all entities - including Admin entities
