• Dashboards

Each user is provided a dashboard which provides a graphical representation of contractual commitment. By default the user see a dashboard for only their contracts but this can be changed if required. And here's the really great bit, you can drill down into, for example, a specific spend category that makes up that expenditure. Administrators get an additional dashboard that allows them to work through the organisation structure and review how many and the value of contracts at each level.

  • Reports

These can be used to run reports on people, companies and of course contract data. You are able to specify specific criteria for the report (such as a specific company, a specific part of your organisation) and how the report should be grouped and totalled (for example, by business unit, by contract type). Parameters you set can be saved so you can run the same report again easily. All reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel for further manipulation if required.
