Yes. Creating and Customising your own fields is a function available from our Professional Plan and upwards. You can add fields to a form anywhere within the solution.
You can give this field whatever name you like and can add up to 15 new Custom fields to a form. Whats more, if a form has a Type then each Type can display different fields. So you could have for example, serial number and product field on your warranty type contracts but an internal credit rating field on your commercial type contracts.
