If you have forgotten your password you can set a new one from the login page.   Navigate to intelligentcontract.com and click on the  'Sign In' link. Alternatively, you are able to directly access the login page by navigating to portal.intelligentcontract.com. Now follow the 'Forgotten?' link.

You will be presented with the page below:

  • Enter your email address and click [Reset]


Now check your email account. You will receive an email containing a link, click the link and you will be presented with the Select your Password page.

  • Type in your new password, re-type it into [Confirm password] and finally click [Submit]
  • Your password will have now been reset and you can use it to login to the application

Tip: If your administrator has enabled 'Complex Passwords' for your account, your password must be a minimum of 8 characters long and contain at least one upper case character, one lower case character and one numerical character. You will be informed by the system when re-setting your password if complex passwords are in operation.
