Opting out of Notifications

Individual users are able to opt out of any notification they receive. Each notification has an opt out link. When a person clicks this link, “communication enabled” on their person record will be set to no and the date of the change will be recorded.

You are able to set a person to not receive any notifications by setting the “communication enabled” to “no” on their record.


Please note:

  • Notifications from Intelligentcontract are never aliased.
  • It is not possible to unsubscribe from system messages (for example, password resets, billing related messages)
  • Other than account notifications, all recipients are able to “opt-out” of receiving notifications. An unsubscribe link is provided on all notifications (except account notifications)
