Creating an Alert within a Contract Document record


  • Navigate to Contracts
  • Find the specific Contract record and open
  • Go to the Documents tab
  • Find the specific Document record and open
  • Use the expand button on the top right of the pop up to open the record fully and see its sub tab details
  • Scroll to the bottom of the form to the sub tabs, select the Alert tab

  • Press [New], you will be presented with the Create Alert form with the Contract Document link already defaulted

Creating an Alert within a Contract Amendment record


  • Navigate to Contracts
  • Find the specific Contract record and open
  • Go to the Amendment tab
  • Find the specific Amendment record and open
  • Use the expand button on the top right of the pop up to open the record fully and see its sub tab details
  • Scroll to the bottom of the form to the sub tabs, select the Alert tab

  • Find the specific Party record and open
  • Go to the Documents tab
  • Find the specific Document record and open
  • Use the expand button on the top right of the pop up to open the record fully and see its sub tab details
  • Scroll to the bottom of the form to the sub tabs, select the Alert tab
