KPI's can be created for either Contract or Parties and can either be create via those records (as described below) or alternatively via the option within the Navigation bar.
Navigate to -> KPI's - Click [New]

- Name - Give the KPI record a relevant name
- Type - Select the Type of KPI , choose from Absolute, Ratio or Picklist
- Recording Frequency - Choose the frequency of when the Measurements for this KPI are to be expected
- Contract / Party - Select the Contract or party the KPI is to be associated - only one value can be selected
- Start / End Date - The dates entered here will determine the period when the Measurement request emails will Start and End
- Send Alerts? - Tick this box if you require the solution to send out these Measurement request emails
- Alert Delay - Set a delay period for measurement Reminders - after this period if the measurement has not been received the solution will send out a Reminder email
- Linked Users - Allocate who the Measurement request and reminders are to be emailed to - this can be multiple People and none Users of intelligentcontract
- Group - Allocate a KPI Group if required
- Aggregation Function - Choose the Aggregation Function to compare the Measurement against the Target, choose from Total, Average, Count, Ratio average, Ration Total
- Denominator / Renumerator Label - (Only used for Ratio KPI's) - The text values here will give the User context when entering the Measurement information
- Target - Specify the target 'at least' and 'at most' to be achieved by the KPI. The text values here will give the User context when entering the Measurement information
- Reference - Add an internal reference for the KPI if required
- Performance Target Period - Specify the period in which the KPI will determine the Performance result
- Description - Add further description details for the KPI if required
- Click [Save]
Creating a KPI from a Contract record
Naviagate to -> Required Contract - > KPI tab -> Click [New]
- The Create KPI form will be displayed, with the relevant Contract value pre entered
- Complete all field as described above
- Click [Save]
Creating a KPI from a Party record
Navigate to -> Required Contract - > KPI tab -> Click [New]
- The Create KPI form will be displayed, with the relevant Party value pre entered
- Complete all field as described above
- Click [Save]
