We have added new functionality to alerts that will allow an alert to set up to send a specific Role. For example, you can specify an alert is sent a contract role such as Contract Manager.
Where a contract role is used in an alert the system will check, at the time that the alert is generated, which person is currently assigned the role and send the alert to that person.
Where there are multiple people with the same role, each person will be included in the alert.
Where an alert is recurring, if the person occupying the role changes between alerts, this will be taken into account when the next alert is generated
