Hi,
We updated our terms and conditions (17th May 2019) and changed the conditions for terminating customer subscriptions. Here's an extract of clause 8.1 for your information
"... where this Agreement continues after the Trial Period, the Agreement shall continue for the Initial Term. Upon expiry of the Initial Term the Agreement shall automatically renew for further Renewal Terms unless either party terminates: (i) by giving at least 90 (ninety) days notice prior to the start of a Renewal Term if the initial term is more than 1 month; (ii) by giving at least 10 (ten) days notice prior to the start of a Renewal Term if the initial term is 1 month or less or (iii) early in accordance with its rights set out below in this section 8. "
