Update to how "Contract Financials" are calculated

If you have contract values specified in your contracts, you may have noticed that theres been an update to the that contract values are calculated. The key changes are:
- The term of the contract and any dates on individual contract financials are considered
- A contract with no term has no value
- One-off contract financials are now handled better with the date of the financial being taken into account
Any existing financials will be updated to reflect the improved calculation method
