The Document Templates feature is now available in Intelligentcontract. Document Templates allow you to create a template layout for the Documents you need to produce regularly. This is useful for Documents such as Non-Disclosure agreements, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Cancellation Letters or even detailed Contract paperwork.
The Template feature allows you to use placeholders within the document. The system replaces these placeholders with data from your chosen contract record.
Using Document Templates in this way can reduce the amount of time required to produce standard documents and to ensure the standardization of document formats and content across your organization.
You are able to create as many Document templates as you wish to use within your intelligentcontract account.
