#I1813 - A new setting had been added to the 'Manage Configuration Area' to allow you to control the default permission of any Security Group allocated to a record. This global setting by default is set to add all Security Groups to a record with a permission of Read Write (RW). This setting will allow you to change this default to Read Only (RO).
