It is now possible to replace a person within the system. This will update the person's historical records in the system and is useful where a new person has taken over the role of another.
You are able to choose where the person should be updated, for example, in just alerts but not where they that person is mentioned in notes
The system will indicate and confirm the number of replaces it will make.
