Once the expected value / budget has been set for a contract, it is now possible to track invoice spend against that contract and display how much budget is remaining for a specific financial year.
Two new fields are available with this new feature – Transaction Total and Remaining Budget
The budget field reflects the value of the contract for the financial year that is requested. The Remaining Budget field totals up the values in the invoices tab for the financial year that is requested. You are able to display multiple financial years if required.
